Yes, I know many companies say this, and I’ve worked in a few over the years, but from my vantage point at Kenshoo, it’s not just words. It’s true.
So as I write this blog post, I find myself quite humbled and honored to share that Kenshoo Social has been cited as the sole “Leader” in an evaluation of social advertising platforms by independent research firm, Forrester Research, Inc.
Kenshoo was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its study, “The Forrester WaveTM: Social Advertising Platforms, Q4 2013.” In this evaluation, Forrester researched, analyzed and scored 7 companies against 45 criteria to evaluate platforms for managing social advertising spend on social networks.
“Kenshoo is the social advertising category leader,” states the report. “Kenshoo has leveraged is leading capabilities in search and bid management to jump out ahead in social advertising as well. Kenshoo dominates, thanks to its strong core platform, integrations with other tools, international capabilities, and strategy.”
The report goes on to say, “Kenshoo laps the pack in current offering and leads in strategy. Kenshoo, the sole Leader in our study, is the surest option for a mainstream marketer looking to invest in social advertising.”
Kenshoo Social was top ranked for Current Offering, receiving 5 out of 5 points, the highest possible rating, for Campaign Creation and Workflow, Audience Targeting, Keyword and Topic Targeting, Optimization and Efficiency, Social Network Data Import/Export, Analytics, Social Relationship Platforms, Measurement, Marketing Automation and CRM, APIs, Internationalization and Localization, Global Usability, International Presence, International Support, Office Locations, Strategy/Professional Services, and Training.
Kenshoo Social was also top ranked for Strategy, receiving 5 out of 5 points for Vision, Experience, Product Roadmap, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Base. Kenshoo Social received the highest possible ratings for Revenues and Enterprise Focus, as well.
Previously, Kenshoo was cited as the sole “Leader” in a bid management software evaluation also conducted by independent research firm, Forrester Inc., The Forrester WaveTM: Bid Management Software Providers, Q4 2012.
Together, the two Forrester Research reports cite Kenshoo as the only leader in both paid search bid management software and social advertising platforms.
