Hamburg (23 November 2011) Kenshoo (www.Kenshoo.com), a global leader in digital marketing software today announced the opening of a new office in Hamburg (1 January 2012) and the appointment of Managing Director, Frank Scheuerer, as it steps up its European expansion and goal of delivering local service in key markets.
Scheuerer joins Kenshoo Europe from klickfreundlich GmbH where he worked as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to klickfreundlich GmbH, Scheuerer was Head of Agency at Google Germany. With more than 23 years experience in media and heading up teams since 1998, Scheuerer has worked with leading names in the sector, including TUI, Mindshare Universal McCann and Mediaplus.
Tasked with opening Kenshoo’s first German-based office, to be located in Hamburg, Scheuerer’s appointment is in response to Kenshoo’s planned 2012 European push. The initiative is supported by today’s announcements of the development of a local team in France and several prominent UK appointments.
“Establishing a new office is an exciting opportunity to develop a local German team from the ground up. Having a dedicated team who are actually on the ground in Germany means that on top of providing a better service for our current German clients, we are also strongly positioned to pitch for new German business,” commented Scheuerer.
