Role Description

As a Data Scientist on the core data science group, you will be a valuable member of an innovative and technical data science group working on various problems help and learn from each other to mine insights and find opportunities.

We solve real world business problems using Kenshoo's data: internal and 3rd party user interaction tracking (big data), publisher (Google, Facebook, Amazon, Bing etc.) data and other industry data. 

The Data Scientist code goes all the way into production with all the responsibility and satisfaction!

Working with the algorithm developers team to integrate these algorithms with the production data sources and the application ecosystem. 

Our Data Scientist work on the following tasks: Researching, create and improve ML pipeline, creating measurement tools, write optimization functions, providing data visualization of analyzed results and find insights 


Msc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related fields.

5+ years of experience with data mining / machine learning / optimization.

Extensive experience with data mining / machine learning / optimization.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

  1. Python
  2. Marketing (Search Engine/Display/Social) auctioning and bidding algorithms - big advantage!
  3. Deep learning.
  4. Scalable Classification and Clustering techniques.
  5. Statistical modeling / information gains.
  6. Big data technologies - Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Spark.
  7. Ability to write clean and concise code
