About The Position

Kenshoo is looking for a passionate, experienced and motivated Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our design team. 

As designers at kenshoo, we're converting complex flows and data into comprehensible, meaningful, and also delightful (which is not trivial for such services) user-centered products.

As a product designer, you will be involved in all development process aspects from initial brainstorming, research, wireframe, high-end mockups and prototyping to launch and beyond.


  • Lead a complex product with full ownership over the product design process
  • Convert product requirements into wireframes and flowcharts
  • Design pixel-perfect user interfaces
  • Apply design systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept, through research to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring cohesiveness and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with other designers to establish a collaborative, supportive and fun design team


  • 4+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product company
  • 2 years of experience designing complex applications
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
  • Demonstrable UI design skills, Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies

  • Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
