About The Position

The Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Kenshoo Apps multi-channel management platform (Facebook, Apple, UAC, and Snapchat). The Client Success Manager is ultimately accountable for clients’ satisfaction and the ability to leverage Kenshoo Apps to drive high performance for digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands-on experience implementing online marketing strategies, and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively build relationships with client partners
  • Provide technical support of the Kenshoo Apps platform
  • Support the client service practice to drive client retention, growth, and new business growth
  • Provide business applied paid digital media solutions and strategies
  • Provide training to clients enabling them to effectively use Kenshoo Apps
  • To partner closely with product development, sales, and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
  • Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
  • Support weekly/biweekly client calls
  • Forecast monthly revenue for an existing business or for any new opportunities
  • Perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps
  • Support new Kenshoo Apps team members within client services as well across other departments

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • Ability to understand the basics of Social and digital concepts and ecosystem
  • Knowledge of paid advertising concepts
  • Advantage if the candidate has knowledge of trend media UA channels such as: Facebook, Apple, UAC and/or Snapchat
  • Experience working with a SaaS solution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Kenshoo Apps platform
  • Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
  • Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
  • Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
  • Ability to understand the a client’s business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
