The SEM / Social Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilization of the Kenshoo Search SEM and Social management platforms. The AM is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Kenshoo Search and Social to drive ROI for SEM/Social initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, hands on experience implementing SEM and Social campaigns and most importantly, a consultative approach to addressing client needs.


 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To actively build relationships with client partners
  • To support the client service practice to drive client retention, organic growth, and new business growth
  • To partner closely with the product development, sales, technical account management and sales engineers to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
  • To collaborate with Search and Social client service teams
  • To provide business applied SEM/Social solutions and strategies
  • Ensure client expectations are exceeded
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
  • Provide technical support of the Kenshoo platform
  • Ability to understand client’s business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Communicating regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
  • To create agendas and lead weekly/biweekly client calls. 
  • To forecast monthly revenue for existing business or for any new opportunities 
  • Provide training to clients to enable them to effectively use Kenshoo Search
  • Mentor and support new Kenshoo team members within client services as well as across other teams

Position Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S.
  • Hands on SEM/Social campaigns implementation and management experience
  • Ability to understand SEM/Social analytics
  • Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps
  • 2+ years’ experience in client services or technical project management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Kenshoo Search platform
  • Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
  • Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
  • Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills
  • Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
  • Ability to understand the client’s business goals, to anticipate future needs and help determine the ideal solution
  • Kenshoo or other SEM/Social platforms experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
  • Microsoft Excel and other technical code such as basic JavaScript and HTML is a plus
  • Experience with SMB accounts is a plus
  • Certified in Google AdWords a plus
  • Certified in Facebook BluePrint is a plus
  • Portugese, Spanish and proficiency in English
