This role’s primary mission is to architect playbooks for Kenshoo’s Expert Services team to execute on them in order to support the launch and management of Kenshoo’s products (Search , Social and eComm). As part of Kenshoo’s Client Success Organization, this position will quarterback the efforts to develop, orchestrate, and provide measurable results regarding growth and adoption opportunities with our customers. Additionally this person will be leading a team of Experts Services Manager, leading them strategically and also tactically if needed, aiming to exceed clients' expectations. Reporting into the Client Success Lead, this position will be responsible for developing playbooks for approaching customers with growth opportunities in all Latam, while accounting for regional differences. In addition to working closely with internal Client Success teams, this role will partner with Kenshoo’s Product team to provide feedback and develop the narrative that will enable and provide relevant tools for Client Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Kenshoo’s Executive Team to define strategic objectives, success metrics, tactical plans and measurement strategies across emerging channels
  • Develop playbooks, provide trainings and materials, engage and enable Client Success teams to execute on defined strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in this channel and support cross department efforts to grow the business
  • Provide a consultancy layer to our clients, working strategically with them to provide value both on a software and with an expertise level.
  • Demonstrate the success of growth strategies using objective framework/metrics.
  • Analyze results and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Develop best practices for CS team to use w/ their clients
  • Understand strategy for channel management
  • Understand technical & tactical details of how to run Digital Campaigns
  • Gather internal and external feedback on what’s working, what’s not and communicate to internal stakeholders
  • Look for patterns that lead to growth & scale
  • Assist with strategies for retaining a customer
  • Understand what it will take to unlock major growth opportunities across our client base
  • People Management skills
  • Work with Kenshoo Product to further develop our offering
  • Support the marketing and product teams with their content creation efforts

Requirements

  • Excellent project/program management capabilities
  • A passion for analytics and demonstrated experience with quantitative measurement/results tracking
  • Demonstrated business acumen. Ability to think strategically about business growth on a global scale.
  • Spanish and English language skills on a business capacity.
  • A comfortable knowledge of the KPIs of digital marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience with the execution side of digital marketing.
  • Experience in leading a cross-functional team.
  • Experience working at or with advertising agencies
  • Eagerness for innovation, to find new, more efficient ways to measure and communicate performance, and to streamline processes
  • Enjoys staying on top of industry trends, best practices, and technology advances
  • Has experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Facebook and Google Ads.
