Board of Directors
Yoav is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board at Kenshoo. As the founder of several startups around the globe in the area of Internet and mobile applications and former manager of ECI Thailand, Yoav brings more than 20 years of product, marketing and business management to Kenshoo.
Shmil is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and works with Internet, Mobile and technology companies. He currently serves on the boards of Kenshoo, Pontis, Olive, Scodix, Personetics, Ravello and Zazma. He was previously on the boards of Topio (NetApp), Attenti (3M), PortAuthority (Websense), Qumranet (redhat), Riverhead (Cisco) and Storwize (IBM). Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil joined Lucent following Lucent’s acquisition of Lannet where he served as the President and CEO. Shmil joined Lannet as VP for R&D. Shmil also served as VP of Madge Networks. Before joining Lannet, Shmil held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. Shmil has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gorion University.
Grady leads sales, marketing, business development and ad operations at Flurry. He has 16 years of advertising technology experience across all forms of digital media. Prior to Flurry he spent four and a half years as VP, Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook where he was responsible for global sales, account management and customer service for Facebook Ads and guided product and marketing priorities for Facebook's advertising products. Prior to Facebook, Grady was Director of Online Sales and Operations for Google's AdWords team in North America. He launched Google's Ann Arbor, MI office and oversaw relationships with advertising agencies, search engine marketers and resellers. Prior to Google, Grady worked at DoubleClick where he was VP of Agency Sales. In addition to his business career Grady was a professional tennis player for three years on the ATP Tour. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Indy is a partner at Bain Capital Ventures. He joined BCV in 2007 and invests in application software and SaaS companies, with a focus on sales and marketing technologies. He also leads Bain Capital Ventures’s Pulse.Commerce program, a custom demo day for Fortune 5000 CMOs. He currently sits on the boards of Kenshoo, InfusionSoft, 6Sense and Wrike. Previously, he was a Product & Engagement Manager at BloomReach, working on key go-to-market issues such as performance attribution and pricing. He was also the interim Head of Marketing at Captora, helping launch the company from stealth mode and managing two product releases. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Stephen has almost 30 years of accounting, finance and operational experience including senior leadership positions at companies in the online advertising, e-commerce and software industries. Currently, Stephen serves as a director for several companies and is an active angel investor in early stage technology companies. Previously, Stephen held the role of Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV). Earlier in his career he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for DoubleClick, one the pioneers of the online advertising industry. Stephen began his career at the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant.
