Yoav is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board at Kenshoo. As the founder of several startups around the globe in the area of Internet and mobile applications and former manager of ECI Thailand, Yoav brings more than 20 years of product, marketing and business management to Kenshoo.
Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder
Alon has over 15 years of Internet experience. He is the former co-founder and CEO of Bazman, a price comparison website. Alon holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa.
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
The former co-founder and CTO of Bazman, Nir carries over 20 years of experience in leading design and development teams for companies such as Demantra and Imperva. Nir holds a B.S. in Physics & Computer science from Ben Gurion University.
Chief Financial Officer
Igal brings nearly 20 years of finance and business development experience to Kenshoo. Igal joined Kenshoo from Siemens where he was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing in its Solar Thermal Energy activity, a position he assumed after Siemens acquired Solel Solar Thermal, where he was the CFO. Previously, Igal was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for Spansion, following its merger with Saifun Semiconductors, where he was the CFO. Igal is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting as well as an MBA from the Tel Aviv University.
Chief Operating Officer
Shirley has nearly 20 years of legal, financial and operational management experience. She served as Professional Assistant to the Attorney General of Israel and held executive positions at the not-for-profit Atidim where she was part of the founding team and later VP of Finance and Operations at Intercast Networks. Mrs. Grill-Rachman holds a law degree (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, a Masters in Law (LLM) from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.
Chief Corporate Strategy and Development Officer and General Manager, Search
Will has over 15 years' experience in business strategy and interactive marketing. Will serves as Kenshoo's Chief Strategy and Development Officer and previously held leadership roles at Kenshoo for over four years overseeing the product organization. Most recently he was Chief Product Officer overseeing all product management and product marketing groups including Social, Local, Search and Cross-platform. Will joined Kenshoo from eBay, where he served as Director, Online Marketing. In previous roles, Martin-Gill was the global lead for the eBay Partner Network, managing over 100,000 affiliates across 15 countries and was a Senior Manager in eBay’s Corporate Strategy group. Before joining eBay, Will spent 3 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the team that conceived and launched Orbitz.com. Will has a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Marketing Officer
Shahar brings 15 years' experience in technology and business strategy.
Shahar joined Kenshoo after 4 years at VMware, where he was one of the founding members of VMware's Management Business unit, growing it to be a $1B business. During his tenure at VMware, Shahar held several senior roles in Product Management, Marketing and Business Development. Before VMware, Shahar spent 7 years at Mercury Interactive (later acquired by HP), serving in product and engineering roles. Shahar has a B.S in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Hertzeliya (Granted the “Efi Arazi” scholarship for demonstrated leadership and excellence in innovation.) and an MBA from the Technion.
Chief Product Officer & General Manager, Social
Zvika has 11 years' experience in online marketing, spanning numerous leadership roles from product strategy to client success. Bringing deep industry knowledge and extensive team-building expertise, Zvika was one of Kenshoo's original employees and was instrumental in building the Social offering. Zvika holds an LL.B degree in Law as well as a B.A in Business from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.
Chief Revenue Officer
Vince has over 15 years of sales leadership experience in Digital Marketing with a history of delivering exceptional sales growth. Vince joined Kenshoo from Brandcast where he was CRO leading sales, customer success and marketing. Before his tenure at Brandcast, Vince served as GM of Americas at SDL where he ran sales, pre-sales, channels, alliances and business strategy for The Americas. Prior to SDL, Vince spent six years at Adobe where he ran numerous groups within the Digital Marketing Cloud and helped scale the business across sales, solution engineering and consulting. Vince also led sales teams at Unica, Clarify and Xerox. Vince has built a successful career focused on leading top-tier sales organizations in building solutions for advertisers and publishers to optimize their digital marketing efforts across channels. Vince holds a BS in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC.
SVP, Client Services
Ori currently leads Kenshoo's Client Success team and previously lead the product-growth team in San Francisco. Ori gathered over 15 years experience in the fields of IOT, Networking and Semiconductors, working for startups including Silverbacksystems (acquired by Brocade), iReady (acquired by NVIDIA Corporation) and LSI corporation. Ori holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
General Manager, E-Commerce
Oren has nearly 20 years’ executive experience in technology, business leadership, strategy and M&A with a proven track record of delivering results. Oren joined Kenshoo from Verint where he held multiple senior management positions. Mostly recently Oren served as SVP, Product Strategy where he was responsible for delivering growth to its Customer Engagement Solutions P&L. In his role Oren was responsible for strategic planning, product roadmap and M&A. During his tenure at Verint Mr. Stern also ran two major P&L’s driving innovation, establishing key partnerships and achieving strong double digit growth. Prior to that Oren was the VP of Marketing and Products at Emblaze Systems. Oren holds a B.A in Economics and Logistics from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
